Has the car been tested with this report?

No, the performance data shown on this report (range and battery health) is an estimate. It is calculated based on a large dataset of all EVs tested with our system and compared against similar vehicles. 

I haven't received my report?

The automatically generated odometer reading for the EV is wrong, how can I update it?

We initially estimate the odometer reading of a vehicle based on historical data. If you have an accurate value, you can edit the reading manually by clicking into the box. 

If I purchased an EV Check Plus, can I test the car in the ClearWatt app?

If you've purchased an EV Check Plus, you can also download the ClearWatt app to independently test the vehicle. This is a separate product and is charged at £39.99.
