Connecting your car
A useful guide for connecting your car to ClearWatt.
Connecting your car to ClearWatt makes testing simpler and faster. From a direct connection to your vehicle over the internet, we can gather all the on-vehicle data that we need to conduct your test.
To connect your vehicle to our system, you'll be prompted within our app to enter the manufacturer's app login details.
In addition to connecting your vehicle to ClearWatt, you'll also need to ensure that your mobile phone has background location permissions and activity & fitness enabled. This ensures we can track your drives automatically in the background.
Not all vehicles support a direct vehicle connection. See the link below for a list of vehicles that are currently supported by our connection partner Enode.
