Does your app support hybrid/ PHEV vehicles?
No, our app only supports fully electric vehicles.
The system can't find my EV?
Please ensure you're searching for a UK registered, fully electric vehicle. If you have a BMW i3, we don't support the range extender model. If your vehicle meets the requirements above, please contact our team using the chat agent in the bottom left of the screen for further support.
You've matched my vehicle details incorrectly?

I've completed a drive, why won't it show in the app?
Ensure that the drive you completed used at least 10% of the battery and did not have any pauses or stops. Drives can take up to 12 hours to show inside the app. If you think there's an issue, contact our team.
It says my results are pending approval, what does this mean?
Certain results are flagged for a review by the system to ensure that the data is consistent. Reviews normally take up to 24 hours to complete.
Does the app use OBD data?
No the app does not use OBD data. The app provides an independent view on battery health so does not rely on the OEM SoH data available directly from the car.
Does the charging test work if I'm on Octopus Go?
Yes, the charging test will work even if you're charging overnight where the charge session starts and stops frequently.
Does your app work outside the UK?
The app does work outside of the UK although we currently don't support vehicle registration plates from outside the UK. For non-UK registered vehicles, follow our in app-guide to add your car.
